Raul Huete

A career operator with over a decade of executive leadership in the home improvement industry.

Before founding ScaleHouse, Raul served as the Vice President of Talent & Development for Renovo Home Partners and American Standard Home Services, and the Director of Talent for Reborn Cabinets.

Raul’s track record is defined by hyper-growth. He architected the talent infrastructures that fueled revenue expansion from $11M to $180M+ for Reborn Cabinets and $70M to $126M for American Standard in under two years.

He has hired thousands of sales reps, installers, and leaders across 48 states. Raul founded ScaleHouse to bring this "Enterprise-Grade" recruiting engine to high-growth contractors who are ready to dominate their market.
